The installation process

Every installation starts with a site and soil assessment. We test percolation rates, check water table depth, and assess setback distances from waterways, boundaries, and buildings. From there we design the system, handle council permit applications, and schedule the installation. Most residential installations are completed in 2–3 days.

Pricing

New septic installations typically range from $4,000 to $15,000+ depending on system type, tank size, soil conditions, and site access. AWTS installations and upgrades run from $8,000 to $20,000+. We provide detailed written quotes after the site assessment — no surprises.
